Shipping Policy

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

TRIMEX is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to the shipping carrier or warehouse, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or free reshipment.

Responsibility for package collection rests solely with the customer.
Delayed Orders

If an order has not arrived within 35 business days, the customer may request a full refund, except in cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions).

Return Shipping Costs

Returns due to a verified defect or malfunction
→ After inspection and approval by TRIMEX, return shipping costs will be covered by TRIMEX.
Refund Process

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Original shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Force Majeure
In cases of shipping delays caused by force majeure, orders cannot be canceled until delivery is completed.
After receiving the product, customers may request a return in accordance with this policy.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact TRIMEX customer support through the Website.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, you must notify TRIMEX customer support within three (3) business days from the date of delivery, provided that the issue is a visible or apparent defect that could reasonably be identified upon initial inspection of the product.
Failure to report such visible defects within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a replacement, refund, or return related to that specific issue, subject to TRIMEX’s review and approval.
This reporting requirement applies only to defects or damages that are evident at the time of delivery and does not apply to issues that arise from normal use over time.
