Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to activate or claim warranty service.
2. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only.
If a defect is confirmed, TRIMEX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
-
Repair the product, or
-
Replace the product with the same or a comparable model
Refunds are not provided under the warranty.

-
Use of non-original or incompatible accessories
-
Normal wear and tear, including blades, batteries, combs, or attachments
3a. Water Resistance & Water Damage
The TRIMEX grooming device carries an IPX6 water-resistance rating. Customers are required to review the IPX6 standard and act accordingly in order to maintain the device when using it with water contact.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by liquid penetration or corrosion resulting from the use of the device with water.
When using the device in the shower or rinsing it under a faucet:
- Remove all heads from the device body before rinsing
- Completely dry the device body after use — no water drops should remain
TRIMEX will not compensate or repair any grooming device damaged due to water penetration, corrosion, or use that does not comply with the IPX6 standard.

10. Visible Defects
Visible Defects Upon Delivery
Visible defects or damages that are apparent at the time of delivery must be reported to TRIMEX within three (3) business days from the date the product is received. Failure to report such visible defects within this period may impact eligibility for immediate replacement or return related to delivery-related issues.
This requirement does not limit or reduce the manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal and intended use of the product within the applicable warranty period.
